There is a patent date of 5-2-88 on it below the Improved Fuller name. It looks to be in good condition with surface rust and everything moves as it should. Has a foot lever and handle to work the jaws. Very heavy and I would guess weight at about 125 pounds or so. The removable jaw has an angle that is a couple inches or so long to do different types of bending I believe. It has a 6" jaw and is about 34" tall with a 12" round base.
